Appointments & Lateness
- Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period.
- After 15 minutes, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- A deposit is required for long or custom services. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
- After 3 consecutive no-shows or reschedules, we will no longer accept appointments from that client.
Repairs & Refunds
- Free repairs are available within 7 days for lifting or chips caused by the product, not by damage.
- No refunds will be provided, either in cash or back to a credit card.
Health & Safety
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have a nail or skin infection.
- We do not treat ingrown nails. Please see a podiatrist or doctor for treatment.
- Please list any allergies, medications, or health conditions on your intake form.
- All tools are sterilized or replaced after every client.
Minors & Guests
- Clients under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Guests and children must have an appointment or be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service.
Payment
- Prices for nail art or extra length will be confirmed before the service begins.

Waxing Policy
Before Your Appointment
- Hair should be at least ¼ inch long, which is approximately 2–3 weeks of growth. If the hair is too short, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
- Please do not exfoliate, tan, or use a tanning bed for 24–48 hours before your waxing appointment.
- Stop using retinol, Retin-A, or AHA/BHA products on the area 5–7 days before your appointment.
- Please shower before your appointment and arrive with clean skin, free of lotion or oil.
We Cannot Wax If You Have
- Sunburn, broken skin, rashes, cuts, or cold sores on the area.
- Used Accutane within the last 6 months.
- Had a chemical peel, laser treatment, or microdermabrasion on the area within the last 2 weeks.
- Moles, warts, or varicose veins in the area. We will wax around them.
Health & Safety
- Please let us know if you are pregnant or diabetic, take blood thinners or antibiotics, or have any skin conditions. These factors may affect your skin during waxing.
- Redness, small bumps, and mild sensitivity after waxing are normal and usually go away within 24–48 hours.
- We are not responsible for reactions resulting from health information that was not disclosed on your intake form.
Aftercare (First 24–48 Hours)
- Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools, and strenuous workouts.
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and tight clothing on the waxed area.
- Avoid scented lotions, deodorant (for underarm waxing), and makeup (for facial waxing).
- Begin gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.
